TELEP - underground Budapest

I passed by this place couple of times but I had a good beer there yesterday, for the very first time. I must say that it is really nice place and I kinda regret that I discovered this after almost 2 years (they say better now than never). TELEP is underground bar where you can eat and drink, but the best part includes a lot of exhibitions and various workshops. There is a movie club and library. When I step by yesterday I was surprised to see a DJ playing live and I must admit that he prepared very good set. 

What is also good about this place are, the interiors. Bar has two floors with garage look and modern furniture. You can relax on sofa, grab some drink and read a good book. When the right time comes, you will be able to watch an exhibitions.

I would really suggest you to have a drink there, when you visit Budapest. TELEP is on Madách Imre út 8. (parallel to Király út ). Find more info about the upcoming events on:
